When you step into the studio for your boudoir experience, your style of shoot has been determined or at least discussed via chatting and the assigned Pinterest homework. Yeah, you get homework when you book your boudoir experience with me. It helps create a more fulfilled photography experience when we both know what your inspiration is for your boudoir session. Anything from my style of classic boudoir where the sensuality of a women is showcased in poses that don’t feel posed at all. Yet more so lived or experienced and, we try and tap into those feelings.

Or the moody side where things are deep, dark and powerful.

Or maybe you want to feel the ground beneath your feet in the most empowering, freeing experience with a soulful outdoor session in the back field. Your boudoir experience is just that, yours. Feel free to browse all the different styles and types of sessions that you can make your own.

Many of my boudoir sessions contain anonymous images. My eye goes to focusing on your shape, movement, and emotion rather than your identity. I try and capture the curve of your shoulder, the arch of your back, and the way light and shadow fall on you. You are Art, and these artful, faceless images can be just as powerful (sometimes even more powerful) than a traditional boudoir portrait. So I like to sprinkle them into every session when requested, and most certainly when creatively called on.

So when you’re planning your own boudoir experience, think about adding some anonymous images into the mix! I promise you, they will be some of your favourite. Continue to follow along on socials for daily posts.
